Parkside Orthodontics is a modern, state-of-the-art orthodontic office. The office was custom designed by Dr. Kuperstein and a team of experts with efficiency and comfort in mind. The office provides a pleasant and relaxing environment. The reception area has a coffee bar, fun reading materials, and a children’s nook. In addition, the reception area is equipped for wireless internet access, so feel free to bring your laptop to get some work done or surf the internet. All of the orthodontic equipment is state-of-the-art, and cutting edge technology is part of every step of treatment. Our patient records are completely digital including our x-ray equipment. Every x-ray taken in the office is taken without film and is stored directly on the computer. This a huge advantage for our patients because enhancements can be performed by the doctor using computer technology, virtually eliminating the need to retake an x-ray. Copies of the x-ray are done at the touch of a button and can be forwarded to your general dentist, also decreasing the number of x-rays that you will need to take. Our x-ray equipment is the highest quality and produces images with unparalleled exactness, allowing Dr. Kuperstein to make the most accurate diagnosis and determine the needs of each patient. Most importantly, our digital x-ray unit uses only a fraction of the radiation that you would receive from a traditional x-ray unit. Another exciting feature of Parkside Orthodontics that you will notice is that there are no patient charts! All patient information is stored on a sophisticated computer system and a flat-screen monitor is attached to the dental chair, allowing access to all of the patient information at the touch of a button. Photographs, x-rays, appointment information, financial forms, etc. may all be sent electronically to patients, parents, and other doctors upon request. Of course, we are happy to use regular mail too! We are committed to continually improving in order to serve our patients better.
